2008 Conference

It is that time of year again.
This year's conference will be held at
the Whispering Woods Hotel & Conference Center
Deadline for Registration: August 14, 2008
(after this date a late fee will be charged and rooms are not guaranteed at Whispering Woods)

Whispering Woods has newly renovated guestrooms with complimentary high speed internet.

As always, we need user participation to make our conference as informative as possible. If you would like to make a presentation, please contact Bettye Graves, Marilyn Sauls, Edith Riley, or Chris Giger

General Information:

Conference registration deadline is August 14, 2008. The registration form can be printed off by clicking the following link 2008 Registration Form. In the past, we have had problems getting all registration forms and fees in by the deadline date. Please be conscientious of this deadline. All registration received after the deadline date will be considered late registration. On-site registration cannot be paid by credit card.
Conference Fees:    $100.00 per attendee
                                   (Add $50.00 late fee after February 19, 2006)
                                   $75.00 guest fee
                                   $150.00 non-member attendee
                                   $150.00 on-site registration fee (member or non-member)

Hotel room rates are $89.00/night for the first 150 rooms reserved. Room reservation #151 and above will be $99.00. All reserved rooms will be in Whispering Woods Hotel until full. Any overflow rooms will be at the Fairfield Inn (across parking lot from Whispering Woods). Hotel reservations may be made by calling 662-890-2886 or 662-895-2941 and ask for "Inhouse Reservations". Identify yourself as being with MBUG - MS Banner Users Group to receive discounted room rates. All hotel reservations must be made by August 14, 2008

Our guest speaker for Monday’s luncheon will be Greg Cooley. Greg is a Certified Financial Planner and founding partner with Cooley and Labas Financial Advisors in Corinth, MS. His financial planning firm concentrates on all money management issues facing today's clients.

Please indicate on your registration form if you plan to bring a guest to either the reception or luncheon and include a $75.00 guest fee.
